Summer Camp

Each summer Kids `R` Kids of Cary offers a fun filled, field trip packed summer camp with a unique theme each year. Summer 2010 theme is Camp Extreme Discoveries! Join us as we travel through various extreme environments of our universe.  We will unearth some of the greatest wonders on our voyage! Our adventures will take us to the far ends of the universe: the Arctic Circle, the rain forests, hidden caves, the deep ocean and even to outer space. Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!  Your treasure awaits!

Kids `R` Kids Camp Extreme Discoveries

What do fantastic field trips to places like Jelly Beans, ice skating, bowling, soccer, horseback riding, and on-site water park have to do with Summer?  Kids `R` Kids CAMP EXTREME DISCOVERIES is the answer!  Oh the places we will go and the fun we will have!  Get ready for a summer of fun while campers learn and strengthen positive character traits!  You want your child to attend CAMP EXTREME DISCOVERIES for the FUN, FUN, FUN!  After working so hard throughout the school year, your child deserves some fun in the sun!   

Week 1:           Take the Challenge: The Arctic Circle- A quest for treasure begins in the Arctic Circle. Cooperation is vital! (Camp Carnival, Imax, High Tech High Touch, Ice Skating,Park)

Week 2:           The Challenge Continues: The Arctic Circle- Journey through extreme lands to find your treasure. (Zoo, Soccer, Movie Day ,Fun Fitastic, Drama)

Week 3:           The Gems of the Rainforest- Adventures in a faraway land lead to exhilaration and respect. (Martial Arts, Tk Jungle, Plaster House, Museum of Science, Picnic)

Week 4:           The Rainforest Adventure- Our adventure takes us to new cultures of wonder and reliability. (Wheels, Wild Dan The Animal Man, Bowling, Lake Crabtree)

Week 5:           Deep Discoveries: The Rumbling Falls Cave- Survival in the deep caverns requires skill and acumen. (Adventure Landing, Horseback Riding, Hemlock Bluffs, Campers night party)

Week 6:           Deep Discoveries: Iron Hoop Cave- A fantastical exploration guides us to a fragile world few have experienced. (Club Day, Bouncing Bulldogs, Obstacle Course, Gem Mining, Bond Park) 

Week 7:           Magnificent Midnight Ocean- Encounter deep-sea creatures on a voyage through the midnight ocean. (Drama, Jelly Beans, Goodberry`s, Imax, Blue Jay Point)

Week 8:           Marvelous Midnight Mania- Discover the creatures of the deep sea of Tasmania. (Water slide, Swimming, Pullen Park, CiCi Pizza)

Week 9:           Reach for the Stars. Space travel enlightens us all! (Airport Tour, Laser Tag, End of Summer Party,Rockets,Park)

Week 10:          Go for the Goal! Discovering the treasure is the ultimate reward.  (Water Slide, Jelly Beans, Club Day)
